SMS2Call is a service that consists of sending an SMS to a dedicated short number which subsequently generates a call. The call can be of two types:

• automated – the phone number from which the SMS was received is called and the pre-recorded voice message is played;
• generated from a call center – the call request generated by the received SMS is taken over by a call center operator who will call the phone number from which the SMS was sent.
