WEB2Call is a service that consists of generating an automatic call from a WEB portal based on certain details: selecting the message from a predefined list and entering the phone number. The call can be of two types:

– automated – the phone number registered on the WEB portal is called and the pre-recorded voice message is played.

– generated from a call center – the call request generated by registering the message and phone number on the WEB portal is taken over by a call center operator who will call the registered phone number.
